REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy:

We value your satisfaction and strive to deliver the best experience. If you need to cancel or request a refund, please refer to the following terms:
1. Cancellation & Refund Requests
Requests must be made in writing and submitted to our customer support team.
2. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund:
- Cancellation made at least 15 days before your appointment.
- Package upgrade/change requests (refund for previous package).
50% Refund:
- Cancellation made 7–15 days before your appointment.
No Refund:
- Cancellation made less than 7 days before the appointment.
- No-shows.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment (subject to availability) at no additional cost.
4. Service Quality
If you are not satisfied during the session, please inform our team immediately.
We will make every effort to resolve the issue, including a complimentary reshoot if necessary.
5. Outdoor Sessions & Weather
In case of bad weather, we will reschedule your outdoor session at no cost.
If rescheduling isn’t possible, a full refund will be issued.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days through your original payment method.
7. Exceptions
Special considerations may apply in cases of emergency, illness, or unforeseen events.
