ISTQB Certification
Registration, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy
Registration:
1. All registrations for the public programme certification courses must be completed online through our official registration portal.
2. Full payment must be made at the time of registration to secure a place in the course.
3. Upon successful payment, participants will receive a confirmation email along with course details.
Cancellations:
1. Participants may cancel their registration up to 14 days before the course start date to receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the course start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
4. To cancel your registration, please send a written request to our support team at enquiry.cnergy@mmu.edu.my
Refunds:
1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.
2. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used during registration.
3. In the event of a course cancellation by CNERGY, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another course.
4. Please note that any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Transfers and Substitutions:
1. Participants may transfer their registration to another course or substitute another participant at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the course start date.

Course Changes:
1. CNERGY reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, content, and instructors if necessary.
2. In the event of significant changes, participants will be notified promptly and given the option to cancel with a full refund or transfer to another course.
