ICDL Certification | Digital Marketing
This programme aims to provide participants with technical expertise in the fundamental concepts of Digital Marketing and its practical application in their daily routines. It will explore the rationale behind an organisation's investment in digital marketing, the essential channels to engage with, and the implementation of effective digital marketing strategies. Participants will engage in hands-on exercises utilising Google tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords. Furthermore, they will learn how to effectively manage customer relationships through a CRM system that seamlessly integrates with email marketing for streamlined execution. The programme will also delve into best practices for managing various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram. Additionally, participants will gain insights into advertising strategies and analytics across diverse social media channels.
